For 4 or 6 cups
Induction coffee machine Bialetti’s Moka Induction coffee machine is the first moka for induction hobs. Bialetti’s induction moka pot is the result of constant spending on new materials, suitable for the changes and evolution of tastes and habits in kitchens: the octagonal aluminum collector represents tradition and continuity with the historic Moka Express, while the steel boiler means it can be used on induction hobs. The two-layer technology of the boiler combines an outer steel layer, to ensure work on induction hobs, with an inner aluminum layer that guarantees an even distribution of the top line. The classic aluminum collector in the induction moka pot guarantees coffee as good as that prepared with the traditional Moka Express.
USAGE:
1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. To avoid your coffee becoming too watery, do not fine it above this level.
2. Now select the desired milk coffee blend. Caution! The mixture must be specially ground for the Moka pot. Generously fill the funnel of the Moka pot, without pressing the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take all the time you need; it is worth waiting a few minutes longer to be able to enjoy excellent coffee. When the coffee has fully grown in the collection chamber, turn off the heat.
4. Now for the key moment: tasting. In order to fully enjoy the released aromas, we advise you to drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
